2. Acceptance of Terms

3.3 One Account Policy
Each individual player may register only one helpswin account. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all accounts will be permanently suspended and any balances — including winnings — may be forfeited at helpswin's discretion.
3.4 Registration Information

Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
3.5 KYC Verification
helpswin is required to verify the identity of all account holders in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Acceptable KYC documents include Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, Postal ID, and PhilSys National ID. KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. helpswin reserves the right to suspend accounts pending KYC completion and to request additional documentation at any time.
4. Account Management
4.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your helpswin account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. helpswin will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
4.2 Account Inactivity
A helpswin account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. helpswin may charge a monthly inactivity maintenance fee on dormant accounts, deducted from the Real Money Balance where applicable, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for twenty-four (24) months may be closed.
4.3 Account Closure
You may request closure of your helpswin account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any pending wagers will be settled in accordance with standard game rules, and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Players are responsible for any fees charged by their bank or e-wallet provider. All deposit methods must be registered in the same legal name as the verified helpswin account.
5.3 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers typically complete within 30 to 90 minutes. 5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

6. Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by helpswin are subject to individual promotion terms published on the relevant promotion page. General bonus conditions applicable across all helpswin promotions include:

7. Gaming Rules & Conduct
7.1 Game Rules
Each game available on helpswin is governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where individual game rules expressly override a specific provision.
7.2 Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction or software error affecting any game, helpswin reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund all wagers placed during the malfunction period. helpswin will not honor payouts resulting from software errors or technical faults that produce results inconsistent with the normal operation of a game. Decisions on malfunction claims are final and binding.
7.3 Prohibited Conduct

- Use of automated software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to play games or exploit betting patterns;
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
- Exploitation of software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches;

- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose;
- Engaging in any form of fraud or misrepresentation.

10. Limitation of Liability

- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages;

- Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or to maintain the security of your account.
Nothing in these Terms limits helpswin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
11. Privacy & Data
helpswin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and is available at helpswin.net/privacy-policy. By registering a helpswin account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, transaction processing, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
12. Amendments to These Terms
helpswin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of helpswin following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the helpswin platform shall be subject first to good-faith negotiation between you and helpswin. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), with proceedings conducted in the English language in Makati City, Metro Manila. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
